How do I know when to change the filter?
You'll notice a decrease in suction when the filter becomes saturated. We recommend changing the filter after approximately 45 days of regular use.
What if I need replacement parts?

Do the machines come with extra filters?
Each unit comes with a x2 starter filter. Additional filters are sold separately through our online shop or distribution partners.
How do I care for my MOZIKO machines?
We recommend cleaning the inside of the head and filter compartment every 2 weeks, and replacing the filter after around 150 treatments (or 45 days of use). For full cleaning instructions, refer to the user manual included with your device.
