At MOZIKO, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a structured and fair return process.
30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the product was delivered. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.

The original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@moziko.co.il. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label (where applicable)

Detailed instructions for returning the product to our facility
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Return Address
The return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request. Please do not send products to any address not explicitly provided by our team.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or alternative solution at no additional cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Beauty or personal care items that have been opened or used

Items classified as hazardous materials or flammable substances

Gift cards and promotional items

Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend completing the return process and placing a new order separately.
European Union Residents
For orders shipped within the European Union, consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU law. During this time, you may cancel or return your order without needing to provide a reason, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at hello@moziko.co.il.
