All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping across Israel and international shipping to select countries.
Domestic (Israel):

Express International Shipping (via DHL/FedEx/EMS): 3–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or your account dashboard on our site.
If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@moziko.co.il.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@moziko.co.il. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, changes may not be possible.
